Ping He

Founder, CTO, CEO

With more than 30 years worth of experience in the glass deep processing industry, Ping He has accomplished an array of achievements. Mr. He solely found Yuanda Glass in 2011, leading many technology developments over the years, overcoming various technical problems within the industry and made large scale productions a reality.

Mr. He has successfully established domestic sales and foreign trade teams during the past 12 years, offering high-quality glass products for both commercial and residential buildings in China and around the world.

Dongbei Song

Deputy General Manager

Dongbei Song, is a well-rounded talented person who has grown from the grassroots of being an ordinary employee, to flourishing into an deputy general manager. Mr Song is approaching proficiency in all production techniques used in glass processing industry. He is skillful driver when training staff members and is currently focusing on improving production efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and creating high-level digital operation management.

History

May 2011——We Established.
- With 80 employees and around 5,000 square meters of factory buildings, Yuanda Glass was launched.
2013——We Started to Expand our Operations.
- Our factory plant was expanded to 10,000 square meters.
2014 —— We Purchased Our Property
- In 2014, we purchased 40,000 square meters of land in Qinzhou City, Guangxi Province, and started building our factory.
2016 ——Moved Into the New Factory
- In 2016, we moved to our new factory, which had 250 employees. The total production capacity reached an annual output of 1.2 million square meters of energy-saving glass and 200,000 square meters of safety glass. We have four cutting and grinding lines, four flat and curved tempering furnaces, six insulating glass production lines, two laminated glass production lines, and two glazed glass production lines.
2019 —— Oversized Glass and Special Glass Production
- 2019 is a year of strategic transformation and upgrading. We started to focus on oversized glass and special glass production as opposed to window glass and curtain wall glass.
2021——Improving our Fireproof Glass Product System
- In 2021, we improved our fire-resistant glass system. Some of our products include:
  Class A: heat-insulating fireproof glass (EI)
  Class B: radiant heat reduction compound fireproof glass (EW)
  Class C: non-insulated fire-resistant glass (E)
  Class A: heat-insulating fire-resistant glass is divided into nano-silicon composite fire-resistant glass and hydrogel composite fire-resistant glass
  Class B: radiant heat reduction composite fireproof glass is mainly nano-silicon composite fireproof glass
  Class C: Non-insulated fire-resistant glass includes high-stress, monolithic soda-lime-silicate, and wired fire-resistant glass
2022 —— Improving our Oversized Glass Product System
- By the end of 2022, our oversized glass production line was completed. The maximum sizes were then available at:

  In 2022, Yuanda Glass became a controlling shareholder of Shengyu Qunli Glass Co., Ltd. in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. The two companies currently have a total workshop area of 45,000 square meters and 450 workers.
